Nitrogym is an independent gym based in Milton Keynes, built by Lauren and Ashley with passion, knowledge, and a deep understanding of what athletes truly need.

As dedicated bodybuilders bringing a combined 30 years of experience within the bodybuilding and fitness industry, we have spent decades immersed in the gym environment—training, competing, and continuously learning. Our journey has taken us across the UK and around the world, giving us the opportunity to experience a wide variety of training facilities and equipment standards.

Drawing on this experience, we have carefully and intentionally selected every piece of equipment at Nitrogym. Each machine has been chosen based on performance, quality, and anatomical suitability, ensuring it caters effectively to all body types and training styles. We firmly believe that the equipment we provide represents some of the very best available.

Our vision has always been simple: to create a conveniently located, high-quality gym that delivers everything under one roof. More importantly, we are deeply committed to building a community that is supportive, encouraging, and completely non-judgemental.
